Do you remember the first time you learned how to ride a bike? Your riding ‘coach’ was probably your mom or dad or someone else you trusted. They held the back of the seat to keep you balanced as you gained some momentum leading to the eventual ‘AHA!’ moment when something inside of you clicked. In our first blog, we unpacked the things we believe make STRIKE a unique training program. The culture we create has a great deal to do with our success.
